Makes approximately 15
15 marshmallows, cut into pieces (dip the knife blade in hot water to make this task easier)
15 digestive biscuits, crushed
15 glace cherries, cut into quarters
75g-100g desicated coconut
Can condensed milk
1. Put the biscuits, cherries and marshmallows into a large bowl and stir to combine.
2. Place the mixture onto a large waiting piece of tin foil, which has been liberally scattered with desicated coconut. Roll into a log shape, guided by how big you want each of your fifteens to be.
3. Seal the foil around the roll, making sure the coconut is well distributed, and refridgerate for at least one hour.
4. Cut into slices, placing each slice in its own bun case (they’ll be sticky).
